High Frequency Facial Course - £175 Please note: TO USE CLEARPAY - FULL AMOUNT MUST BE SELECTED AT THE CHECKOUT High frequency is a gentle, safe and effective treatment that works to improve the condition of the skin. Great at helping to fight bacteria, high frequency is a beneficial treatment for an oily or acneic skin. The treatment application can also be modified to suit a dry, dehydrated, sluggish or ageing skin. You will need either a facial certificate or a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy to attend this course. You are required to submit a portfolio of your practical and theory work to evidence your knowledge of a high frequency facial treatment. On successful completion of your course, you will be awarded with an accredited certificate, enabling you to gain the required insurance allowing you to work on clients. This courses is fully accredited with Beauty Industry Approval BIA. The course content includes Theory - Health and safety, contra-indications, contra-actions, equipment, anatomy and physiology, client consultation, skin types and analysis, aftercare advice, business building skills and trouble shooting tips. Practical - Client preparation, sensitivity test, cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, direct and indirect high frequency including shoulder, neck and facial massage, mask application, toning and moisturising. Students do not need to bring equipment on the training day as we provide this for you. Students are expected to work on each other to complete the practical part of the training, if you have any concerns regarding being a model please contact us before your training date.
