Chemical Skin Peel Course - £200 Please note: TO USE CLEARPAY - FULL AMOUNT MUST BE SELECTED AT THE CHECKOUT This is a half day, advanced facial course open to therapists who already hold a facial certificate or Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (we do offer this course also). We revisit your current facial knowledge to build a greater understanding of the skin, different skin types and conditions, treatment suitability, skin concerns and how to treat them. This advanced facial re-surfacing procedure is rising in popularity, so you can be sure to attract a wide clientele with this results driven treatment. Chemical Skin Peels target a range of skin concerns including, discolouration, sun damaged skin, acne scarring, fine lines, age spots, uneven skin tone, blackheads and dull skin to name a few. There are many types of acid peels available which vary in strength, so you can treat a wide range of clients helping to achieve a smoother, younger, radiant complexion for them. On successful completion of your course, you will be awarded with an accredited certificate, enabling you to gain the required insurance allowing you to work on clients. This course is fully accredited with Beauty Industry Approval (BIA) The course content includes Theory - Health and safety, contra-indications, contra-actions, equipment, anatomy and physiology, client consultation, skin types and analysis, aftercare advice, business building skills and trouble shooting tips. Practical - Client preparation, cleansing, skin analysis, chemical peel application, neutralising and moisturising. Students do not need to bring equipment on the training day as we provide this for you. Students are expected to work on each other to complete the practical part of the training, if you have any concerns regarding being a model please contact us before your training date.
